NEW YORK, Sept. 3, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, a leading investor-rights law firm, has filed a class action lawsuit against Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV) and certain of its officers, alleging securities law violations.

The lawsuit, which covers all investors who purchased or acquired Innventure securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, inclusive, seeks to recover damages. The firm is encouraging investors to join the case by visiting its website at bgandg.com/cases/innventure-inc-inv-class_action_lawsuit.

According to the complaint, Innventure's subsidiary, Accelsius, entered into a purportedly transformative deal with DarkNX. However, Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC alleges that there is no evidence of DarkNX constructing or facilitating a large-scale AI data center. As a result, the firm contends that Innventure's stated revenue and cash flow projections for Accelsius in 2026 were not reasonably plausible.

The complaint further alleges that the company's positive statements about its business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and lacked a reasonable basis. This case is part of a broader effort by the firm to hold companies accountable for misrepresentations.

Investors who wish to review the complaint can do so by visiting the firm's website or contacting Peretz Bronstein, Esq., or his Client Relations Manager, Nathan Miller, at 917-590-0911. Investors have until October 27, 2026, to request that the court appoint them as lead plaintiff. Participation does not require serving as lead plaintiff, and investors can still share in any recovery.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC represents investors on a contingency fee basis, meaning they will only be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses and attorneys' fees if the case is successful. The firm has a history of recovering significant amounts for investors and prides itself on restoring investor capital and ensuring corporate accountability.

"Restoring investor capital and ensuring corporate accountability is at the heart of our practice," said Peretz Bronstein, Founding Partner of Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC. "We are committed to upholding the integrity of the marketplace."
