POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Sept. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- BioStem Technologies Inc., a leading regenerative medicine company, has expanded its market reach by adding VENDAJE® and VENDAJE AC® to its contracts with Vizient, Inc., and Premier, Inc., two of the largest Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) in the United States.

The products are now available for order under both contracts, marking the first GPO contract coverage for VENDAJE and VENDAJE AC. This move paves the way for broader access to BioStem's BioRetain® wound care solutions, with BioStem's CEO and Chairman, Jason Matuszewski, stating, "Opening hospital access for VENDAJE and VENDAJE AC is a significant step in expanding patient access to our BioRetain® solutions."

Vizient, the largest GPO in the U.S. by affiliated staffed beds, serves over 5,000 hospitals, while Premier, the second largest, serves more than 4,000 hospitals, according to the organizations' figures. These agreements will enable clinicians in member hospitals to order the products through their existing contracting channels, significantly reducing barriers to their use.

VENDAJE® and VENDAJE AC® are placental-derived, minimally manipulated dehydrated tissue allografts designed to serve as protective coverings for soft tissue wounds. VENDAJE consists of the amnion layer of the placental membrane, whereas VENDAJE AC is a thicker, multilayer allograft retaining the amnion, intermediate, and chorion layers. Both products are manufactured using BioStem's proprietary BioRetain® process, which is designed to preserve the native properties of placental tissue.

Speaking on the company's commitment to innovation and commercialization, Matuszewski added, "These agreements position us to reach health systems and providers at scale and support the execution of our commercial strategy. We are pleased to build on our relationships with both organizations and to continue delivering value to hospitals, clinicians, and the patients they serve."

BioStem Technologies Inc., a publicly traded, biomedical innovator, focuses on developing, manufacturing, and commercializing advanced allograft solutions derived from perinatal tissue. The company's products are used by clinicians across various specialties, supported by its industry-leading proprietary BioRetain®, CryoTek®, and SteriTek® processing technologies.

The quality management system and standard operating procedures of BioStem Technologies have been reviewed and accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). These systems and procedures are established in compliance with current Good Tissue Practices (cGTP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
