COPENHAGEN, Denmark, September 4, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Bavarian Nordic A/S has announced a recent increase in its share capital, reflecting the exercise of employee warrants. The company’s share capital has grown by DKK 285,900, with 28,590 new shares being issued at a price of DKK 190.11 per share. This capital increase, which took place without any pre-emption rights for existing shareholders, brought in a total of DKK 5.4 million for the company.

These newly issued shares will be identical in all respects to the existing shares and will be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen as soon as possible. The total nominal value of Bavarian Nordic A/S' share capital now stands at DKK 792,653,180, comprising 79,265,318 shares of DKK 10 each, which corresponds to 79,265,318 votes.
