This strategic investment was made pursuant to a supplemental agreement dated July 6, 2026, under which the company purchased 100,000 common shares of ARKHIVE at a deemed price of $0.25 per share. In exchange, the company issued 800,000 common shares to ARKHIVE, valuing the transaction at $200,000.

Denis Franks, CEO of Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc., has been appointed to the board of directors of ARKHIVE, effective August 4, 2026.
