AMSTERDAM, AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS, October 12, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- AMMP, the data platform behind more than 10,000 renewable energy sites, has launched Ray, its first AI coworker designed to assist renewable energy asset managers. This innovative tool aims to streamline the often manual and time-consuming tasks that come with managing large portfolios of solar, wind, and battery sites.
According to AMMP, the energy transition requires asset management teams to do more with the resources they already have. To address this challenge, the company has shifted its strategy to focus on AI coworkers that work alongside renewable energy teams in Microsoft Teams, Slack, and AMMP OS. Ray, the first of these AI coworkers, is designed to join the team and take on real work from day one.
Ray operates in three key areas: performance against the financial model, maintenance priorities, and investor reporting. The AI coworker is proactive, tracking each site against its budget and identifying underperformance early. It also turns recurring alarms into a ranked list of issues to address, checks O&M contract compliance, and drafts resulting claims. Additionally, Ray helps in drafting investor reports from live portfolio data, ensuring that the work is done efficiently and accurately.
AMMP's CEO and Co-Founder, Svet Bajlekov, emphasized the importance of Ray in the evolving landscape of renewable energy asset management.
Hendrik Broering, CPO and Co-Founder of AMMP, highlighted the collaborative nature of Ray.
Ray is now available in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and AMMP OS. The tool is designed to work seamlessly with existing workflows, allowing multiple colleagues to collaborate in one shared thread. AMMP is committed to helping teams adopt AI together, ensuring that the transition to using AI coworkers is smooth and beneficial.
The launch of Ray marks a significant step in AMMP's strategy to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of renewable energy asset management. By leveraging AI, AMMP aims to support asset managers in their critical tasks, ultimately contributing to the broader goal of a sustainable energy future.
