Americore Resources Appoints Foster Wilson to Board of Directors

Vancouver, British Columbia, Americore Resources Corp., a company focused on advancing the Trinity Silver Project in Nevada, has appointed Foster Wilson to its Board of Directors. Effective immediately, Wilson brings more than 45 years of experience in the mineral resource sector, including extensive expertise in mineral exploration, exploration and reserve drilling, resource estimation, feasibility studies, permitting, and project development.
Wilson’s career highlights include his tenure from 1990 to 1999 at Placer Dome Exploration, where he was part of the Technical Services Group. He also held various technical roles with Echo Bay and several junior mineral exploration companies. From 2006 to 2021, Wilson served as President of Mesa Exploration Corp., and he was a director of Alpha Lithium Corporation from 2016 to 2023. Currently, Wilson is a director of both Global Uranium Corp. and ASX-listed Fulcrum Lithium Ltd.
Wilson’s appointment is seen as a significant addition to Americore’s existing team.
The company’s board also announced that Chris M. Healey has resigned as a director, effective immediately. The Board of Directors thanked Healey for his contributions and wished him well in his future endeavors.
