Foundation Source Names New Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product

Sood, with 26 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, and enterprise technology, will lead Foundation Source's technology organization. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at AvidXchange, where she spearheaded enterprise technology operations and AI transformation. Her role will focus on driving technology innovation and identifying new opportunities to leverage data and AI across the business.

Patel, who brings 18 years of product leadership experience, will serve as Head of Product. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Product Strategy at CIBC, where she managed a $20 million portfolio of wealth management platforms serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices. In her new role, Patel will lead product strategy and execution, working closely with business and operations leaders to shape the evolution of the company's offerings across private foundations, donor-advised funds, and planned giving.
