FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- American Fusion Inc., developer of the proprietary Texatron fusion energy platform, has announced several significant developments as it advances its technology toward commercial deployment. The company is preparing detailed proposals for at least four additional data center projects in Texas, aiming to integrate its Texatron power generation systems into large-scale data center developments. These projects are part of the company’s strategy to supply dedicated electricity through a Power-as-a-Service business model, where customers purchase electricity under long-term power agreements.

The Texatron technology is expected to be particularly attractive in Texas due to the state’s substantial data center development activity, growing electricity demand, and established energy infrastructure. American Fusion Inc. believes that these projects could create an enormous future market for its technology, especially as artificial intelligence and large-scale data centers continue to expand their energy requirements.

The company is also finalizing its engagement of a new independent auditor, which is seen as a significant corporate governance and financial reporting milestone. The new auditor, introduced by the company’s SEC counsel Lucosky Brookman LLP, is expected to have the resources to support the company’s growing complexity and complete audits on a timely basis.

American Fusion Inc. has received the occupancy permit for its new operating facility, marking an important milestone in establishing a permanent headquarters and research and assembly location. The company expects to begin moving into the facility on or before November 1, 2026. This new facility will provide a dedicated location for the company’s engineering team to assemble, develop, modify, and improve Texatron systems and related research equipment, enhancing the continuity of the company’s ongoing engineering activities.

Additionally, American Fusion Inc. is working toward acquiring property in North Texas for the development of a permanent, purpose-built Texatron research and testing campus. The proposed campus is intended to serve as the company’s long-term center for Texatron research, engineering, assembly, and experimental testing. The development is expected to include a permanent experimental testing facility, dedicated assembly and engineering areas, advanced pulsed-power equipment, capacitor-bank systems, research laboratories, and diagnostic facilities. The company believes that owning its own research and testing campus could provide significant long-term advantages by giving its engineering team greater control over facility design, equipment installation, research scheduling, and future expansion.

American Fusion Inc. is also evaluating several financing and transaction proposals from established investment banking firms. The company is reviewing these proposals as it evaluates potential financing and capital markets transactions to support its continued growth. The company is focused on expanding its research infrastructure, continuing the development of the Texatron, and pursuing future commercial opportunities.

The company remains focused on advancing its Texatron technology through disciplined engineering development, experimental testing, and scientific evaluation. American Fusion Inc. emphasizes that the Texatron remains under development and that future testing will be necessary to establish its technical performance, fusion energy output, and commercial viability.
