Alignment Health Plan Expands Partnership with Hoag Health System for Orange County Seniors

ORANGE, Calif., Sept. 08, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Alignment Health Plan and Hoag Health System have expanded their partnership to enhance access to high-quality care for Orange County seniors. Effective January 1, 2027, Medicare Advantage beneficiaries enrolled in selected HMO plans will have in-network access to Hoag’s comprehensive healthcare network, which includes primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and hospital services.

The enhanced relationship comes as both organizations strive to provide Orange County seniors with the best possible healthcare experience. Hoag, a nationally recognized healthcare delivery system, is renowned for its high-quality, patient-centered care. Members of Alignment Health Plan will have access to Hoag’s extensive network, including primary care physicians, specialists, two acute-care hospitals, 17 urgent care centers, and 13 health and wellness centers throughout Orange County. Additionally, members will benefit from Hoag’s nationally recognized specialty programs, which support various chronic health conditions common among Medicare-age adults, including cardiovascular, diabetes, and cancer care.
