OLIVE BRANCH, Miss., Oct. 13, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- AiPower Corp., a division of Senci Power USA Inc., is set to relaunch the iconic TecumsehPower and Snow King brands for the 2026-2027 snow season. The relaunch, which will begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, marks a significant return to the North American market for these legendary names in outdoor power equipment.
TecumsehPower, founded in 1895 as the John Lauson Tractor Company, has a rich history of producing high-quality 2- and 4-cycle engines. The company became renowned for its engines, which powered the majority of snow blowers in North America. Known for their exceptional cold-weather starting and reliable performance, TecumsehPower engines have long been a trusted choice in the outdoor power equipment industry.
Snow King, another storied brand, will also be making a comeback. The new agreement encompasses both TecumsehPower and Snow King, as well as the Lauson brand, covering both engines and complete outdoor power equipment. The flagship offering will be Snow King-branded snow blowers equipped with TecumsehPower engines.
David Wei, President of AiPower Corp., North America, expressed excitement about the relaunch.
James Grafft, owner of Certified Parts, echoed the sentiment.
The relaunch is part of a broader strategy to expand the TecumsehPower and Snow King brands beyond snow equipment. The product development is currently underway, with plans for commercial availability in the 2026-2027 snow season. The lineup will eventually include additional chore and utility tools, while TecumsehPower engines will also be offered to OEM partners.
Senci, founded in 1990, is a global leader in power equipment manufacturing and a top producer of portable generators. Its U.S. brand, AiPower (established in 2011), is supported by R&D centers in China and the United States, manufacturing in Vietnam, and U.S.-based assembly and distribution. Through this exclusive agreement, AiPower Corp. aims to leverage its expertise and resources to bring these iconic brands back to the market.
The return of these legendary brands is expected to bring strong legacy recognition and credibility to the outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry. Retailers and distributors will have access to trusted names that resonate with consumers in the snow, lawn, and garden categories.
