A.C.L. Construction appoints new CFO Jason Baybutt

A.C.L. Construction Ltd., a leading provider of civil construction services and project management in the Peace Region of British Columbia, has announced a key management change as it prepares for the future. Effective September 1, 2026, Jason Baybutt has been appointed as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Jeff Wagner, who is stepping down from the position.

Baybutt brings over 15 years of experience in providing C-level consulting and capital market advisory services to both private and public companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has been working with A.C.L. through PubCo Reporting, a company he founded, since September 2014. Wagner, who has also been working with PubCo, will continue to support the transition until the end of October 2026.

John McPherson, A.C.L. Construction Ltd.'s Chief Executive Officer and a director, expressed gratitude to Wagner for his contributions and welcomed Baybutt to the senior leadership team.
