Zoomlion, a leading Chinese manufacturer, is deepening its presence in Europe through enhanced collaboration in services, manufacturing, and technology. This strategic move follows a series of meetings and site visits that emphasized the company’s commitment to local operations and market development.

On August 19, Zoomlion convened a meeting with European partners, customers, and stakeholders at its German factory. The gathering, which also included a visit to the company's German subsidiary, m-tec, focused on discussing market development, product offerings, and local operations. Attendees acknowledged improvements in product quality and technological capabilities, with particular emphasis on long-term service capacity, spare parts support, and a broader product portfolio.

During the event, Zoomlion's President and CEO, Zhan Chunxin, highlighted the strategic importance of Europe to the company and reaffirmed its commitment to long-term localization. The company plans to further develop its European spare parts and service networks, enhancing both response times and parts availability. Additionally, Zoomlion intends to launch a customer service digital platform that automates service task assignments and tracks processes, making it easier for customers to access equipment, spare parts, and services information.

On August 25, Zhan also toured m-tec’s production and R&D facilities in Germany. This visit underscored the company’s ongoing support for m-tec, leveraging the group’s global presence, R&D capabilities, and financial resources to foster closer collaboration in technology, products, and market development. Since its integration into Zoomlion in 2014, m-tec has established itself as a key player in the European market, specializing in dry mortar machinery and construction materials.

Zoomlion has established sales, service, financing, and manufacturing capabilities across Europe, supported by local production facilities such as CIFA in Italy, WILBERT and RABE in Germany, and its elevated platform factory in Hungary. This localized presence allows the company to bring production, technical expertise, talent, and customer service closer to European markets.

Looking ahead, Zoomlion will continue to integrate global resources with local capabilities to strengthen customer service and drive long-term growth in Europe.
