ZincX Resources Corp. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,820,000 through the issuance of 15,166,667 units. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with the warrants granting the right to purchase one common share at $0.30 for 18 months from the date of issue. Under certain conditions, the warrants can be accelerated if the common shares trade at $0.45 or above for 20 consecutive trading days.

The funds raised will be allocated to the advancement of the company’s Akie and Kechika Regional projects in British Columbia and for general working capital purposes. This financing is seen as a significant step in supporting ZincX’s exploration and development plans in the region.

Dr. Quinton Hennigh, a prominent exploration geologist and CEO of San Cristobal Mining, has joined the financing. Hennigh, known for his extensive experience in identifying and managing exploration programs for both major and junior mining companies, has expressed optimism about ZincX’s projects. "I've been following ZincX for about three years, and the Kechika Trough District has immense potential for hosting large-scale SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits," Hennigh stated. "The metallurgy of the Cardiac Creek mineralization appears to be more favorable for generating high-quality marketable base metal concentrates, and the large resource at Cardiac Creek, combined with the exploration potential of ZincX's properties, makes this a promising investment."

The Akie Zinc-Lead-Silver Project is situated within the Kechika trough, a region known for its prolific sedimentary basins. Since 2005, ZincX has identified significant baritic-zinc-lead sedex mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine-grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel formation. The Kechika Regional Project encompasses a large contiguous block of the southern Kechika trough, including the Mount Alcock prospect, and additional properties with significant interest from Teck Resources Ltd. and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd.

ZincX Resources Corp. continues to focus on advancing its exploration efforts, with the recent private placement being a key milestone in their strategic plans. The company’s management remains committed to leveraging its geological expertise and resources to unlock the full potential of its projects, particularly in the robust zinc market that is nearing a supply cliff.
