PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 8, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Zenarate, the frontline performance platform for humans and AI, has unveiled a new vision centered on a single question: "Did the problem get solved?" This approach aims to address a significant gap in customer service, where lessons from interactions are often not shared across the organization, leading to recurring issues.

According to Rob Wright, Zenarate's Chief Product Officer, the company sees this pattern frequently.

Zenarate now positions itself as the frontline performance platform for both humans and AI, helping enterprises take what every interaction teaches and share it across their people and AI agents. This ensures that the next customer experience improves. The company's vision is to change the definition of success from the completion of a task to the resolution of the customer's problem.

A Gartner survey of 3,566 customers, published in August 2026, revealed that half of the respondents found generative AI made their service interactions easier, and 87% said access to a person was essential. The cost of getting it wrong is steep, as only 27% of customers would try a chatbot again after a negative experience. Zenarate's approach aims to address these challenges by ensuring that every interaction contributes to continuous improvement.

The company's platform, which includes Perform, Analyze, and Evolve, is designed to automate routine conversations through AI agents and prepare frontline associates for the hard conversations. Through Evolve, Grand Pacific Resorts automated end-to-end reservation confirmation conversations and moved frontline people to higher-value interactions. Through Perform and Analyze, TruGreen cut onboarding time by 50%, saving more than $3 million, and Sallie Mae reduced associate attrition by 32%. Zenarate has delivered more than 10 million AI simulations in 79 languages for more than 200 enterprise customer experience teams.

Brian Tuite, CEO of Zenarate, emphasized the importance of closing the customer experience loop.

Zenarate will be at Customer Contact Week (CCW) Nashville, October 7-9, 2026, to showcase its platform and discuss how it can help companies improve their customer service.
