STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 18, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- The Zcash ETF (Ticker: ZCSH), built by Grayscale, announced its intention to effect a 3-for-1 forward share split. This move is aimed at adjusting the share structure without altering the total value of an investor's investment. The share split is expected to take place on September 30, 2026, with shareholders of record as of market close on September 28, 2026, receiving two additional shares on September 29, 2026.
According to Grayscale, the share split will decrease the price per share while proportionately increasing the number of shares outstanding. As a result, every pre-split share of ZCSH will result in three post-split shares, each representing approximately one-third of the net asset value (NAV) per share of a pre-split share. The ETF is expected to continue trading on NYSE Arca, Inc. under the symbol "ZCSH" and its CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
