YYForce Inc, an AI-enabled workforce management platform and integrated facility management (IFM) provider, reported its financial results as of June 30, 2026. The company's total assets stood at approximately US$38 million, up from US$34.3 million at the end of 2025. Net assets increased by 85%, reaching US$25.2 million, compared to US$13.6 million in the previous year.

These figures reflect the company's 3.2 million Class A ordinary shares, with each share valued at US$11.88 for total assets and US$7.87 for net assets. The increase in net assets is primarily attributed to a reduction in total liabilities, a result of strategic balance sheet management during the period.

YYForce has been advancing its core AI and robotics initiatives, including scalable AI training data capabilities and robotics applications in hospitality, security, and facilities management. The company has also expanded its operational presence across key international markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Egypt, and Malaysia. These markets serve clients across the hospitality, food and beverage, financial, and transportation sectors.

The company's intelligent workforce solutions platform, YY Circle, continues to help clients across hospitality, food and beverage, retail, and other service sectors predict, plan, and optimize workforce deployment. In its IFM business, the 24IFM software platform and comprehensive IFM subsidiary portfolio support clients across hospitality, transportation, banking, retail, and mixed-use facilities.

YYForce is committed to embedding AI and automation capabilities into its service ecosystem, progressing from intelligent decision support toward increasingly autonomous workforce management. This is aimed at improving service quality, reducing deployment costs, and driving long-term margin expansion.

The company expects to provide more comprehensive interim financial information by the end of September, following the completion of the audit process. YYForce remains focused on commercial execution, scaling its technology platform and commercial robotics operations to drive measurable customer value and long-term growth.
