YETI Holdings, Inc., the Texas-based outdoor products company, unveiled its long-term growth strategy and financial framework at its 2026 Investor Day event held in Austin on September 17. The company, known for its iconic brand and innovative products, aims to expand its reach, accelerate innovation, and scale its international operations to drive increasingly profitable growth and long-term shareholder value.

Matt Reintjes, Chair of the Board, President, and CEO of YETI, highlighted the company's strong foundation built over two decades. The company's strategic priorities for the next decade include creating the next billion dollars of sales, building a new billion-dollar product platform, generating a billion dollars of sales outside the United States, and delivering more than a billion dollars of cumulative free cash flow.

YETI plans to achieve these goals through four mutually reinforcing growth engines: 1. Deepening Brand Relevance: The company will extend its brand to more consumers and geographies, enhancing its relevance in the communities it serves. 2. Accelerating Innovation: YETI will apply a repeatable innovation engine to expand product families across Gear & Equipment, Home & Hydration, and Bags & Soft Coolers, with Bags & Soft Coolers becoming the next billion-dollar platform. 3. Powering US Commercialization: The company will optimize its product placement and marketing strategies to better serve its target consumers, expanding into complementary channels and improving its end-to-end go-to-market process. 4. Scaling Globally: YETI will repeat a proven playbook to build credibility, activate locally, and scale through wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and marketplace channels, aiming to generate a billion dollars of international sales.

The company's long-term financial framework is designed to translate diversified sales growth into faster earnings growth and strong free cash flow generation. YETI intends to fund its highest-return organic growth opportunities, maintain balance-sheet flexibility, selectively pursue tuck-in acquisitions, and return excess cash to shareholders through share repurchases. The company's enterprise-wide productivity initiative, Project Upcycle, aims to identify approximately $100 million of productivity opportunities to support growth investments and offset mix pressures.

By focusing on these strategic initiatives, YETI aims to build a larger, more global, and more durable company, driven by expanding product platforms, improving profitability, and strong free cash flow generation.
