GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Sept. 03, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. (OTCQB: XONI), the diversified media and live-event sports company, has successfully completed and filed its 2025 independent audit and is now returning to the OTCQB National Market. This move comes after the company faced financial and legal challenges earlier in the year, including an investigation and litigation against Williamsburg Venture Holdings for alleged financial fraud.
The audit, conducted by Chicago-based LJ Soldinger Associates, marks a significant step forward for Xtreme One Entertainment. The company had been temporarily moved to the less visible and less liquid OTC Pink Market due to delayed filings, a situation exacerbated by the legal proceedings. With the audit now completed and filed, Xtreme One is poised to return to the more active and liquid OTCQB market.
Jeff Lambert, Chairman and CEO of Xtreme One Entertainment, expressed optimism about the company's future. "The delay in our filings was a consequence of the fraud, but we've managed to clear this hurdle and are now back on track," said Lambert. "We are looking forward to increased trading activity, engaging both current and new investors, and executing our fall fight schedule, which started with a sold-out event in Argentina."
XFC, the company's wholly owned subsidiary, recently hosted Young Guns 14 in Buenos Aires on August 30. The event drew a sold-out crowd and a live, global TV audience via XFC TV, the company's YouTube channel. Since acquiring XFC in 2023, Xtreme One has produced eight nationally televised MMA events, reaching millions of fans through platforms such as Fandango at Home, CDN Deportes, and XFC’s YouTube Channel.
On the legal front, Williamsburg Venture Holdings founder Ronald Glenn faces a Show-cause Hearing for Criminal Contempt for perjury on September 9, 2026. Xtreme One is actively pursuing collections against Williamsburg for the nearly $900,000 judgment owed to the company.
Xtreme One Entertainment, Inc. is a diversified holding company focused on media, entertainment, live sports, and event marketing. Through its subsidiary XFC Global, Inc., the company licenses the brands and IP of Xtreme Fighting Championships, which has delivered more than 60 professional, televised MMA events across the U.S. and Latin America since 2006.
