Wythe Windows, a U.S.-based manufacturer of high-performance tilt-turn windows and doors, has partnered with Schüco Polymer Technologies KG, a German manufacturer of UPVC window and door systems, to bring superior Passive House-quality window systems to the American market. This collaboration was announced at the Build Show LIVE in San Antonio, Texas, on September 10-12.

The partnership aims to deliver first-class, Passive House-standard window systems with exceptional energy efficiency and unbeatable lead times. By merging Schüco's high European manufacturing standards with Wythe's innovative manufacturing process, the combined effort ensures the production of high-quality, USA-made building products.

Markus Herbst, CEO of Schüco Polymer Technologies KG, emphasized the alignment of their strengths: "Schüco's precision-crafted UPVC profiles complement Wythe's advanced automation and commitment to high-performance building products. This partnership will ensure that more people have access to the superior insulation and comfort that high-performance windows provide."

Darren Macri, co-CEO of Wythe Windows, highlighted the benefits of the partnership: "This collaboration brings together companies with a shared passion for innovation and quality. Together, we can significantly enhance the Passive House construction process, making it more accessible to a broader market."

The partnership is particularly significant for Passive House building standards, which can reduce heating and cooling loads by up to 90 percent. By integrating Schüco's UPVC systems with Wythe's manufacturing capabilities, the companies aim to create a more airtight, watertight, and insulated building envelope, contributing to healthier and more energy-efficient homes.

Attendees of the Build Show LIVE can explore Wythe's fully automated factory in Ramsey, New Jersey, by visiting booth #339 in Exhibit Hall 1. This immersive experience will showcase Wythe's commitment to high-performance building products and innovative manufacturing processes. Additionally, the company's San Antonio showroom will be open for drop-ins during the show, allowing local builders and customers to experience the latest in high-performance window technology.

Rosario Vizzari, co-CEO of Wythe Windows, expressed pride in the partnership: "We are honored that Schüco has chosen Wythe as its manufacturing partner in the U.S. This validates our efforts to adapt European technology to meet the needs of American builders and homeowners. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the built environment, creating healthier, more comfortable homes."

Wythe Windows continues to focus on Passive House-certified solutions and next-generation building envelope systems, with a goal of providing scalable performance for both new construction and occupied retrofits. The company's products are used in PHI- and PHIUS-certified projects, ranging from affordable multifamily housing in New York City to private residences nationwide.

Schüco Polymer Technologies KG, a 100% subsidiary of Schüco International KG, offers high-quality, sustainable UPVC window and door systems. With a global presence in over 90 countries, the company has achieved a turnover of 2.06 billion euros in 2025, employing 6,750 people.

This partnership between Wythe Windows and Schüco Polymer Technologies KG represents a significant step forward in the integration of high-performance building products and advanced manufacturing techniques, setting a new standard for the U.S. construction industry.
