COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Worthington Enterprises, a designer and manufacturer of market-leading brands that improve everyday life, is set to host its first Investor and Analyst Day since October 2023. The event, scheduled for November 10, aims to share the progress the company has made since the separation of its Steel Processing business and to outline future growth strategies.
The company is also renaming its two business segments to better reflect their market focus and value proposition. The Building Products segment will be rebranded as Building Performance Solutions, emphasizing its role in enhancing performance across residential and commercial buildings, including critical facilities such as data centers. The Consumer Products segment will be renamed Trade & Specialty Solutions, highlighting its provision of tools and specialty applications used by professional tradespeople and consumers.
Joe Hayek, president and CEO of Worthington Enterprises, stated, "Since evolving into Worthington Enterprises nearly three years ago, we have grown and strengthened our product offerings while developing a more resilient and differentiated business. Investor Day provides us an opportunity to share the progress we've made, the opportunities we see across Building Performance Solutions and Trade & Specialty Solutions, and how we plan to create long-term shareholder value."
Building Performance Solutions, which will now be referred to as Building Performance Solutions, generates approximately 62% of the company's consolidated net sales. It delivers essential engineered products that support building systems and climate and comfort applications, primarily serving original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors. The segment's product offerings include pressurized containment products, HVAC components, metal roofing clips, and retrofit solutions.
Trade & Specialty Solutions, now known as Trade & Specialty Solutions, accounts for about 38% of consolidated net sales. This segment provides market-leading brands used by professional tradespeople and consumers across tools, portable propane and helium, and other specialty applications. Products under this segment include cutting, siding, and roofing tools, drywall and concrete hand tools, fuel and torches, specialty hand tools and instruments, and portable helium tanks.
The changes are to the segment names only and do not affect the composition of the segments or the historical financial results for Worthington Enterprises. The new segment names will be referenced in the company’s September 22, 2026, earnings release.
Worthington Enterprises, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, employs approximately 4,000 people throughout North America and Europe. Founded in 1955 as Worthington Industries, the company follows a people-first philosophy with earning money for its shareholders as its first corporate goal.
