The company was incorporated in North Carolina on February 12, 2025, and carries forward the World Tel™ name, which has been in use since 1993. WorldTel Corporation acquired the WORLD TEL trademark outright in December 2025. On September 29, 2026, WorldTel Corporation and InterstellarM2M announced the Ceario Carbon Exchange Alliance, formed under a Strategic Alliance Agreement executed February 11, 2026.
