Women In Product Expands Board with Industry Leaders

PALO ALTO, Calif, Oct. 9, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Women In Product, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in product management, has expanded its board with the addition of four new directors. The new members, Dory Butler, Caroline Gaffney, Rita Khan, and Helen Ma, bring a wealth of experience across various industries, including product, technology, healthcare, financial services, retail, and AI.

Dory Butler, Head of CoBrand Product at JPMorgan Chase, has over two decades of experience in building and scaling digital products. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Verizon, where she was recognized for her leadership in driving transformation and building teams. Butler's career also includes a stint at Walmart, where she led Omni Customer Experience and Product Management for the U.S. mobile app and Walmart.com.

Caroline Gaffney, Vice President of Product and Chief of Staff at the group responsible for LinkedIn and Microsoft Office, has a track record of driving growth and innovation. She previously led the growth team at Instagram, contributing to its rapid user growth. Gaffney's career also includes roles at LinkedIn, where she managed consumer experiences, and at McKinsey & Company, where she began her professional journey.

Rita Khan, most recently Chief Consumer Officer at Optum and Chief Digital Officer at Mayo Clinic, has extensive experience in healthcare and retail. Khan led consumer digital transformation at United Healthcare and held product leadership roles in private-equity backed SaaS and large-scale retail. Her expertise spans technology-enabled platforms, risk management, and long-term value creation.

Helen Ma, Vice President of Product and Engineering and Head of Meta Subscriptions, has a diverse background in product management and engineering. Prior to her current role, she was Vice President of Product and Head of Monetization for Facebook at Meta, overseeing the development of advertising experiences that connect billions of people to millions of businesses. Ma's earlier career included building and launching commercial communications, reconnaissance, and surveillance satellites at The Boeing Company and working as a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.

Women In Product, founded in 2016 by several women working in product leadership, has grown to become a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. It equips women to thrive in product management careers, connects women in the product field, and advocates for more diverse workplaces. The organization now fosters a network of over 22,000 constituents and 27 chapters, and hosts an annual conference that convenes more than 3,000 women in the field.
