SINGAPORE, Sept. 07, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Willis, a WTW business, has appointed Trevor Madden as the new Head of Captive and Insurance Management Solutions for Asia Pacific, effective November 1, 2026. Madden will lead the business from his base in Singapore, succeeding Joyce Chua, who is leaving the company to pursue personal priorities.

His experience spans captive operations, governance, underwriting, and regulatory engagement, making him well-suited to lead the Asia Pacific team.
