Wendel SE, a leading European investment company, has announced its plans for an interim dividend for the 2026 financial year. According to a press release dated July 30, 2026, the company intends to distribute an interim dividend of €2.55 per share. The payment schedule for this dividend is as follows:

The press release also notes that the balance of the dividend for the 2026 financial year will be submitted for approval at the next Shareholders’ Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2027.
