Hong Kong, Sept. 03, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Wellchange Holdings Company Limited, an enterprise software solution services provider headquartered in Hong Kong, has announced a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of its Class A ordinary shares, effective as of September 8, 2026. The company’s shares will begin trading on a post-split basis on that date.
According to the press release, the reverse stock split will reduce the number of outstanding Class A ordinary shares from approximately 52,905,328 to approximately 10,581,066. The Class A ordinary shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the same ticker symbol, WCT, with a new CUSIP number, G9545M131. The reverse stock split will not affect the company’s Class B ordinary shares, which will remain unchanged.
The decision to implement the reverse stock split was approved by both the company’s shareholders and its board of directors. The reverse stock split will cause fractional shares to be rounded up to the nearest whole number, ensuring that no fractional shares are issued. This uniform adjustment will not alter the percentage interest of any shareholder in the company’s outstanding Class A ordinary shares, with the exception of the rounding adjustments.
