Walhalla Gold Corp., a company focused on gold exploration in Victoria, Australia, has announced an update on its technical and corporate work since its spinout and the appointment of Steven Jukes as Chief Executive Officer in July 2026. The company is intensively building the technical and operating foundation required to advance its District Discovery Strategy in the Walhalla-Woods Point region.

Over the past several weeks, Walhalla Gold has engaged RSC, a market-leading geological consultant with critical Walhalla-Woods Point district knowledge, to support the review and integration of its extensive historical exploration dataset. This collaboration aims to provide technical input into target generation and prioritization. The strategy is designed to systematically evaluate the company’s extensive land position for the potential to define multiple projects across various mineral systems, including gold, antimony, and broader critical minerals.

The company’s land position spans approximately 1,230 square kilometers, including the past-producing Walhalla-Woods Point district, which has produced 1.68 million ounces of gold at 37.9 grams per ton. Notably, the Cohen's Reef mine, a highly productive gold-bearing quartz reef, extended to approximately 1,120 meters below surface. The company’s dataset includes significant historical drilling and geological data, which is being re-evaluated to identify potential extensions and repeat structures. This data also includes key geological markers from the Cohen's Reef mine.

Walhalla Gold is also establishing an active presence in Victoria. CEO Steven Jukes has met with government representatives, visited the company’s project areas, and engaged with industry stakeholders. The company has joined the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC), strengthening its connectivity within Australia’s exploration and mining industry.

The company is expanding its technical, exploration, and stakeholder capabilities to support the execution of the District Discovery Strategy. Further corporate updates are expected in the near term as these initiatives advance. The strategy aims to systematically evaluate multiple projects and mineral systems across gold, antimony, and broader critical mineral potential.

Airborne and ground geophysics, LiDAR, remote sensing, and AI- and machine learning-driven target generation will be deployed to systematically identify and prioritize opportunities across Walhalla’s extensive land position. As these initiatives advance, the company expects to provide further updates on exploration priorities, field activities, and the continued build-out of its technical and corporate capabilities.

The company owns the Walhalla Gold Project, located in the state of Victoria, which is a district-scale project consisting of 1,230 square kilometers of concessions. The project includes the Pinnacles target, where extensive soil geochemistry has highlighted a 400 meters by 1,100 meters gold mineralized aplitic dyke that contains disseminated sulphides and outcrops at surface. The Pinnacles target is fully permitted, accessible, and ready for immediate drilling.
