Vortex Metals Completes Geophysical Survey Over Illapel Copper-Silver Project

Vortex Metals Inc., a copper-gold focused exploration and development company, has announced the completion of a significant geophysical survey over its Illapel copper-silver project in northern Chile. The survey, covering 180 square kilometers, was conducted using detailed, high-resolution helicopter magnetic, VLF, and Gamma-ray spectrometry techniques. The data was compiled and processed by the respected contractor, New-Sense Geophysics Ltd.
The survey aims to define geology, alteration, and structural features across the entire concession area, providing a foundation for the identification of potential mineral targets. Vortex Metals is now in the process of interpreting the data with its in-house geological and geophysical personnel. The initial findings suggest that known mineralization is associated with well-defined areas of magnetic lows, and that favorable structures may extend beneath surface cover.
Given the presence of high-grade copper and silver mineralization at the Rio 27 mine within the concession area, Vortex believes that new targets identified by the geophysics will be highly prospective for high-grade, manto-style mineralization. Juan Carlos Fernández, a qualified person as defined by NI 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this press release.
The Illapel Copper Project, located in the Choapa province of the Coquimbo Region (Region IV) of northern Chile, is part of Vortex Metals' portfolio. The company holds an option to acquire up to 80% interest in this project, which is known for its potential to host significant copper deposits. Vortex also owns 100% interest in two drill-ready high-potential copper-gold volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) properties, Riqueza Marina and Zaachila, in Oaxaca, Mexico.
