BOSTON, Sept. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Vor Bio, a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to transforming the treatment of autoimmune diseases, has announced that its Compensation Committee awarded stock options and restricted stock units (RSUs) to six new hires on September 1, 2026. This action, taken in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), aligns with the company’s strategy to attract and retain top talent.
The total grant includes 83,600 shares of stock options and 17,900 shares represented by RSUs. The stock options have a ten-year term and an exercise price set at $22.64 per share, which corresponds to the closing price of Vor Bio’s common stock on the grant date. These options will vest over a four-year period, with 25% vesting after one year, and the remaining 75% vesting monthly over the subsequent 36 months, contingent on the employees’ continuous employment with the company.
The RSUs will also vest over four years, with 25% vesting after one year, and the remaining shares vesting quarterly over the next 36 months, subject to the employees’ ongoing employment. Both the stock options and RSUs are governed by the terms of the Vor Biopharma Inc. 2023 Inducement Plan.
