Volaris Group Acquires Teknisa Expanding into Corporate Foodservice and Retail

Founded in 1990 in Belo Horizonte (MG), Teknisa has served more than 900 companies across Brazil with a team of over 450 employees. The company's portfolio includes comprehensive management solutions for corporate foodservice and food retail, covering kitchen, dining room, self-service, and delivery operations, as well as administrative modules such as ERP, financial management, human capital management, and service management.

Cruz emphasized that Teknisa will continue to operate as an independent business unit within the Volaris Group, part of the Constellation Software Inc. portfolio.

With this acquisition, Volaris Group aims to further strengthen its position in the Latin American market, leveraging Teknisa's expertise in the corporate foodservice and retail verticals.
