WAYNE, Pa., Sept. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Inverness Graham today announced a majority recapitalization of VivoAquatics, a technology-enabled water management platform that helps blue-chip commercial customers manage water assets and operations, energy efficiency, conservation, water safety, and regulatory compliance. VivoAquatics represents the fifth platform investment in Inverness Graham’s Green Light strategy, which invests in businesses with technology that delivers strong economic value while enabling resource productivity.
Founded in 2014, VivoAquatics has driven innovation in the water management industry through the integration of connected hardware with advanced software powered by AI-driven analytics. By combining real-time water quality and consumption intelligence with technical engineering, installation, and professional service capabilities, VivoAquatics and its VivoPoint platform enable customers to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical water systems that operate more efficiently, reduce costs, conserve water, and address regulatory requirements. Today, the company serves some of the world’s largest hospitality, fitness, municipal, and multi-family real estate organizations spanning water safety monitoring, leak detection and water usage monitoring, compliance management, and more.
VivoAquatics is a key part of Inverness Graham’s Green Light strategy, which focuses on investing in businesses that deliver Environmental Sustainability Now, practical sustainability today through products and services that improve efficiency, resilience, and resource productivity. The Green Light Fund closed in 2024 at $238 million and has completed nine investments across five platforms, with one exit to date. The strategy targets four key areas of the economy undergoing fundamental transition, targeting businesses that improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability, while delivering returns: Energy Transition, Industrial Transition, Built World Transition, and AgTech Transition.
Inverness Graham, a Philadelphia-based, operationally focused private investment firm that partners with innovative, high-growth businesses where technology is transforming traditional industry, brings institutional-scale capabilities to the North American lower middle market while maintaining a focused partnership approach with founders and management teams. The firm’s Flagship strategy targets high-growth businesses in Healthcare, Tech-Enabled Services and Software, and Advanced Manufacturing, while the Green Light strategy targets technology-enabled businesses where sustainability is a key driver of accelerated growth.
