Visual Graphic Systems Acquires ImageLife Expanding Southeast Presence

Visual Graphic Systems, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company with a 45-year history of providing visual communications solutions, has expanded its national footprint through the acquisition of ImageLife, LLC, a Nashville-based architectural-signage company. The deal, effective September 1, 2026, marks VGS's first physical presence in the Southeast and will bolster the company's manufacturing, sales, and operational capabilities in the region.

Founded in 2010, ImageLife specializes in custom architectural signage, environmental graphics, wayfinding, ADA signage, branded environments, exterior signage, and specialty fabrication. The company operates from a 10,000-square-foot facility in Nashville, employing a team of 14. VGS plans to invest in additional equipment, personnel, technology, and sales resources to support ImageLife's growth.

Cody Chlebowski, who will continue to oversee the Nashville operation, joins VGS's Executive Management Team as Vice President of Architectural Sales. "Joining VGS creates an exciting opportunity for our employees and customers," Chlebowski said. "We will preserve the responsiveness, relationships, and hands-on problem-solving that have built ImageLife's reputation, while gaining access to VGS's design resources, manufacturing scale, and national platform."

The acquisition complements VGS's Carlstadt, New Jersey headquarters and manufacturing operation, expanding the company's architectural-signage expertise and regional reach. VGS anticipates that the expanded Nashville operation will create additional local employment opportunities and support the company's five-year growth plan for the region.
