According to the recent business update, the number of Omni One orders has increased by approximately 300% quarter-to-date compared to the same period last year, following the June launch of Omni One for Quest in collaboration with Meta. The company is also making progress across multiple U.S. Department of Defense programs, with repeat Omni One Enterprise orders from Tesla for its Optimus humanoid robot program and additional enterprise sales to organizations including NASA.
Virtuix is also exploring potential strategic acquisitions, with a target whose annual revenues are near the upper end of the company’s previously announced target range of $10 million to $50 million. The acquisition, if completed, could create significant value for Virtuix shareholders. The company highlighted progress across multiple U.S. Department of Defense programs, including the AFWERX SBIR Phase II proposal and the Infantry Fireteam Trainer installation. The company also noted additional enterprise sales to organizations such as NASA.
