Viridien, a French corporation with a capital of 7,219,747 euros, has released details regarding the total number of voting rights and shares. This information is in compliance with the Commercial Code Article L.233-8 II and the AMF General Regulation Article 223-16.

According to the company, all of its shares carry the same voting rights, with the exception of auto-detained shares, which are stripped of voting rights, and nominative shares held for at least two years, which benefit from double voting rights. This structure is in line with the AMF General Regulation Article 223-11, which mandates the calculation of theoretical voting rights based on shares that carry any voting rights, including those that are non-voting.

These details provide insight into the company's share structure and voting rights distribution, which is crucial for understanding the dynamics of shareholder influence and decision-making within the organization. The company's governance and shareholder rights are thus transparent, aligning with regulatory requirements and ensuring fair representation in corporate decisions.
