VINCI Energies Secures Multi-Year Contract to Maintain Swedish Electricity Network

VINCI Energies has secured a significant contract to maintain and upgrade the electricity distribution network in southern Stockholm, Sweden. The four-year agreement, which may be extended for an additional four years, is valued at approximately €30 million annually.

The contract, awarded by Swedish utility company Vattenfall, will see a team of around 100 Omexom employees, VINCI Energies' energy infrastructure brand, take on the responsibility of carrying out maintenance, repair, connection, and alteration work on the network. Omexom, which already has a presence in several similar contracts in Sweden, will leverage its expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the network.

VINCI Energies, with a workforce of 2,500 employees across Sweden, has been generating substantial revenue from the country's energy infrastructure sector. In 2025, the company reported revenues of €640 million from its operations in Sweden. This latest contract further solidifies VINCI Energies' position as a key player in the Swedish energy market.
