The performance of VILVI Group can be attributed to the addition of Marijampolės pieno konservai UAB to the consolidated group on January 16, 2026. However, due to the recommendation of VILVI Group’s auditors, the financial results of Marijampolės pieno konservai UAB are now consolidated from January 16, 2026, instead of the previously applied January 1, 2026. This adjustment resulted in a reduction of EUR 2.25 million in revenue for the January to August 2026 period.
The company, which includes subsidiaries such as Vilkyškių pieninė AB, Modest AB, Kelmės pieninė AB, Kelmės pienas UAB, Pieno logistika AB, Baltic Dairy Board SIA, and Marijampolės pieno konservai UAB, has seen robust growth across its diverse portfolio.
