Viirtue Launches HIPAA-Grade MCP Server for AI Integration

SAINT PETERSBURG, FL, UNITED STATES, October 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Viirtue, a white label voice and quote-to-cash platform for managed service providers (MSPs) and telecom resellers, has launched its latest innovation: Viirtue MCP, a HIPAA-grade white label Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This new product connects AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex to a range of cloud services, including phone systems, call center reporting, AI Voice Agents, and fax, all under the partner’s brand.
Viirtue MCP, which is available now through the Viirtue partner program, is designed to address the specific needs of healthcare practices, financial firms, and legal offices. The server ensures compliance with stringent data protection regulations and offers a fail-closed recorded-content policy, where tenants start at the Blocked level, meaning no recordings, transcripts, voicemail audio, message text, or fax pages are released. Partners can move a customer to Metadata, Redacted, or Full only after explicit authorization.
The launch of Viirtue MCP follows a successful closed beta period that lasted more than three months and involved nearly two dozen partners. Viirtue’s CEO, Dan Rosenrauch, emphasized the company’s commitment to removing friction and meeting customers where they are.
Viirtue MCP is a remote MCP server with OAuth 2.1 sign-in, working as a custom connector in various AI assistants and agent frameworks that support remote MCP. Each connection reflects the products on the customer’s account, including cloud phone system, call center reporting, AI Voice Agents, and fax services. The server is designed to be user-friendly, with the ability to connect a new user in about five minutes.
The launch of Viirtue MCP marks the second time in 2026 that the company has moved first on AI in the white label channel. In January, Viirtue launched white label AI Voice Agents that run natively inside its cloud PBX, with billing and telecom tax handled by ViiBE, Viirtue’s quote-to-cash platform. Within two quarters, AI Voice Agents appeared in 27 percent of the reasons partners cited for closing deals, according to Viirtue’s 2026 closed-won analysis.
Viirtue serves more than 500 reseller partners and is backed by Ballast Point Ventures. The company’s latest offering is aimed at providing a seamless integration of AI with existing business processes, enhancing the efficiency and compliance of its partners’ operations.
