ViewLift Partners with FISU for Enhanced University Sports Streaming

LAUSANNE, Switzerland and NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ViewLift, a division of DAZN, has entered into a strategic partnership with Bornan Sports Technology to enhance the digital ecosystem of world university sports, specifically for the next Universiade season in 2027. This collaboration will provide streaming, AI-powered media management, and event-technology infrastructure to FISU, the International University Sports Federation, and its 167 member National University Sport Federations (NUSFs) around the world.

The partnership will bring together ViewLift's direct-to-consumer streaming and content platform with Bornan's existing games management, timing, scoring, and results infrastructure. This integration will create a more connected pipeline, from live event data and broadcast production through to streaming and content distribution. The collaboration has already completed a successful soft launch in June 2026, where core platform integrations were piloted across selected FISU properties.

As part of the alliance, FISU and the world university sports movement will use ViewLift's direct-to-consumer streaming and content platform, adding a fan-facing streaming layer built on top of Bornan's existing games management, timing, scoring, and results infrastructure. The result is a more connected pipeline, from live event data and broadcast production through to streaming and content distribution.

The platform is scheduled for full launch in January 2027, in time to support the Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade in China. FISU, the International University Sports Federation, aims to give student-athletes and fans a digital experience worthy of the sport they compete in and follow. This partnership will enable FISU to reach a global audience with the quality of streaming experiences seen in professional sports.
