Ventra Metals Corp. has announced the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held on September 16, 2026. Shareholders approved all resolutions presented at the meeting, with 5,946,600 common shares voted, representing 36.77% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
The meeting saw the election of five directors: Sean McGrath, Mason Granger, Todd Burlingame, Scott Smith, and Shawn Nicholas. Saturna Group, Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, was appointed as the company’s auditor.
