Valsoft Corporation Inc, a Canadian company specializing in the acquisition and long-term development of vertical market software businesses, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Square 9 Softworks, Inc, a leading provider of AI-powered intelligent document processing solutions. The acquisition, completed through TAG Software Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valsoft, marks a significant step in enhancing Valsoft’s expertise in document automation and content management.

Founded in 2005, Square 9 Softworks, Inc is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut.
