The U.S. Court has ordered the launch of the DV-2027 Green Card Lottery by November 1, 2026, at the latest, according to a ruling handed down on October 14 by Federal Judge Jinsook Ohta. The American Dream, a German immigration consulting firm, has been informed of the revised deadlines in the case _Red Eagle Law v. Rubio_ (Case No. 3:26-cv-04738-JO-VET).
The U.S. Department of State must publish the specific registration dates and eligibility requirements by October 29, 2026. The registration period is set to last 30 days, marking a significant shift from the original plan, which was expected to take place in the fall of 2025.
