United States Antimony Corporation, a leading producer and processor of antimony, zeolite, and other critical minerals, has been named the second-fastest growing company in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The recognition comes from the Dallas Business Journal, which named USAC as one of the top 50 fastest-growing companies based on revenue growth over the past three years.
The company, which is the only fully integrated antimony producer outside of China and Russia, saw a remarkable 352% increase in revenue over the last three years. This growth places USAC second in the rankings, behind only one other company in the metroplex.
USAC's success is attributed to its diverse product offerings, including antimony, zeolite, and precious metals. The company mines, purchases, and processes ore primarily into antimony oxide, antimony metal, antimony trisulfide, and precious metals at its facilities in Montana and Mexico. Antimony oxide is used in various applications, such as flame-retardant systems for plastics, rubber, and textiles. Antimony metal is used in bearings, storage batteries, and ordnance, while antimony trisulfide serves as a primer in ammunition.
Additionally, USAC recovers precious metals, primarily gold and silver, at its Montana facility from third-party ore. At its Bear River Zeolite (BRZ) facility in Idaho, the company mines and processes zeolite, a versatile industrial mineral used in water filtration, sewage treatment, and other environmental applications.
In 2024 and 2025, USAC expanded its operations by acquiring mining claims, real properties, and leases in Alaska, Montana, and Ontario, Canada. These acquisitions are aimed at reducing the cost of third-party antimony ore purchases and expanding the company's product offerings.
The recognition from the Dallas Business Journal underscores USAC's commitment to growth and innovation in the critical minerals sector. The company continues to position itself as a key player in the industry, contributing to the development of critical minerals and zeolite technologies.
This growth highlights the increasing importance of critical minerals in various industries, including electronics, construction, and environmental management. As the demand for these materials continues to rise, USAC's expansion and diversification efforts are well-timed to meet market needs.
The company's forward-looking statements indicate that it remains optimistic about future operations and financial performance. However, the press release also notes the various risks and uncertainties that could impact the company's growth, including fluctuations in market prices and demand, operational risks, and regulatory challenges.
With its strong performance and strategic expansion, United States Antimony Corporation is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory in the coming years.
