The 1967 Beetle Jolly-style was originally built for the Brazilian market but has been transformed into a quintessential example of leisurely driving. Its custom modifications include wicker seats and wood plank flooring, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a beach resort. The interior features walnut dashboard trim, rubber floor mats, and seat belts, along with a dashboard-mounted figurine and a three-spoke steering wheel. A replacement fuel-level gauge and ABS wiring loom enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

Under the hood, the car retains a 1.3-liter air-cooled flat-four engine, fed by a single downdraft carburetor and topped with a classic oil bath air cleaner. Painted engine tins match the body color, adding a touch of customization. The engine breathes through an intake manifold with heat riser tubes removed, giving the car a simpler, more relaxed appearance. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission, refreshed with new outer gaskets.

The five-digit odometer, which reads 97,000 kilometers (approximately 60,000 miles), reflects the car's journey through the years. This Beetle has been carefully maintained, presenting with all the charm of a summer classic, ready for warm weather adventures.

Ron Sturgeon, founder of the DFW Car & Toy Museum, described the Beetle as "a joy to behold, it doesn't take itself too seriously, and that's what makes it great." The museum, which now spans 150,000 square feet in North Fort Worth, Texas, is home to more than 200 unique vehicles, along with 3,000 vintage toys and cultural artifacts celebrating design, innovation, and automotive history.
