Ultrobotix Ltd., formerly known as Cannibble Foodtech Ltd., has officially changed its name and trading symbol to reflect its evolving business focus. The company, now trading under the new name and symbol UBTX on the Canadian Securities Exchange, aims to highlight its advancements in food technology and its expanding portfolio of innovative solutions.

The name change, approved by shareholders and the Board of Directors, marks a significant shift in the company’s strategic direction. Ultrobotix is now focused on developing and commercializing AI-powered solutions for the food and beverage sector, with a particular emphasis on product formulation and robotic manufacturing.
