The acquisitions, which include the 2025 acquisition of Maynor Service Company, create a connected operating footprint across North Carolina, extending from Raleigh, Apex, and Durham through Sanford and Aberdeen. Together, D&D and Sandhills strengthen TruTemp Services' ability to serve customers across the region, expand its service capabilities, and support continued organic growth.

Founded in 2006 and based in Sanford, North Carolina, D&D provides HVAC installation, replacement, maintenance, and repair services to property owners, homebuilders, and general contractors. Sandhills, founded in 1976 and based in Aberdeen, North Carolina, provides HVAC and electrical replacement, installation, maintenance, and repair services. Over its 50-year history, Sandhills has built a strong reputation and longstanding relationships with custom homebuilders and property owners, while D&D has earned a reputation as a trusted provider serving a diverse base of customers across the Sanford market.

Dairus Davis of D&D and Bradford Hainley of Sandhills will continue to lead their respective operations as part of TruTemp Services.
