Initiated on February 27, 2026, the program is part of the company’s efforts to manage its capital structure and enhance shareholder value. The buyback, which is in line with European regulations, aims to purchase shares up to a total value of DKK 75 million (approximately EUR 10 million) and will run until December 31, 2026.
According to Trifork Group’s latest weekly report, the company has made several transactions under the program. As of September 7, 2026, the total amount of shares acquired through the buyback program has reached DKK 1.73 million, corresponding to 2.3% of the share capital of Trifork Group AG. Currently, the company holds 729,008 treasury shares, which represent 3.7% of the share capital.
