Travis Barker, the drummer of Blink-182 and a long-time animal advocate, has teamed up with Humane World for Animals to launch a new campaign aimed at encouraging compassionate choices for animals. The campaign, titled "Small Steps for Good," seeks to empower individuals to make a difference in the lives of animals through simple, everyday actions.

Barker, known for his influential career in music and his commitment to animal welfare, has been vegan since 2008. His dedication extends beyond personal lifestyle choices; he has also invested in vegan restaurants, a cruelty-free wellness brand, and ethical fashion. By partnering with Humane World for Animals, Barker hopes to inspire others to adopt similar practices and contribute to a better future for animals.

Humane World for Animals, formerly known as the Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International, is dedicated to tackling the root causes of animal cruelty and suffering. Through the "Small Steps for Good" campaign, the organization aims to demonstrate that everyone can make a meaningful impact by making small, everyday choices that reflect their values.

The campaign encourages people to take action in various ways, such as eating more plant-based meals, choosing cruelty-free products, embracing animal-friendly fashion, or adopting a shelter pet instead of buying one from a pet store. These simple actions can significantly reduce animal suffering and contribute to a more humane world.

"Every day, we make choices that reflect what matters to us. Whether it's what we eat, wear, or buy, small actions can add up to meaningful change. I'm proud to partner with Humane World for Animals to encourage more people to make choices that help build a better future for animals."

Kitty Block, president and CEO of Humane World for Animals, emphasized the importance of small, everyday choices.

The campaign was developed in partnership with the creative and culture agency FlyteVu. To learn more and find ways to take action for animals, individuals can visit the Humane World for Animals website at humaneworld.org/stepsforgood.
