TransCode Therapeutics, an immuno-oncology and targeted cancer therapy company, will host a live investor webinar on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 4:15 p.m. ET. The event, organized by RedChip Companies, will provide insights into the company's multi-platform oncology pipeline aimed at treating advanced and metastatic cancers.
TransCode Therapeutics will be represented by its Chairman and CEO, Philippe P. Calais Ph.D., Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer, Zdravka Medarova Ph.D., and Chief Financial Officer, Tom Fitzgerald. They will discuss the company's strategy to develop differentiated therapies for advanced and metastatic cancers. The webinar will highlight TransCode's lead RNA therapeutic candidate, TTX-MC138, which targets microRNA-10b, a key regulator of cancer invasion and metastasis.
TTX-MC138, a Phase 1a trial candidate, has shown promising results. In the completed Phase 1a trial, TTX-MC138 met its primary endpoint of safety and tolerability, with no dose-limiting toxicities across all dose levels. Additionally, 64% of evaluable patients achieved stable disease. The drug is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2a trial in colorectal cancer patients with minimal residual disease, with preliminary clinical data expected in late 2026.
The webinar will also delve into TransCode's broader oncology pipeline and delivery technology. The company’s proprietary nanoparticle delivery platform supports multiple payloads, including RNA therapeutics, peptides, proteins, radionuclides, and antibodies. Other programs include the Phase 3 melanoma vaccine candidate, seviprotimut-L, and preclinical immuno-oncology and RNA therapeutic programs.
Management will discuss upcoming clinical milestones, strategic partnership opportunities, and the potential to create value across both its internal pipeline and proprietary delivery platform. TransCode is currently advancing multiple programs, with additional Phase 2a and Phase 1a readouts expected through 2027, signaling a period of several potential clinical and strategic catalysts.
