TransCode Therapeutics, a biotech firm focused on treating advanced malignancies, is set to host a live investor webinar today, September 16, 2026, at 4:15 p.m. ET. The event, organized by RedChip Companies, aims to provide insights into the company's ongoing research and development efforts.
TransCode Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNAZ) will present its strategy to develop differentiated therapies for advanced and metastatic cancers. The webinar will feature Philippe P. Calais, Ph.D., the Chairman and CEO; Zdravka Medarova, Ph.D., the Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer; and Tom Fitzgerald, the Chief Financial Officer. They will discuss the company's multi-platform oncology pipeline, which includes RNA therapeutics, cancer vaccines, and immuno-oncology programs. The company's proprietary nanoparticle delivery platform is designed to deliver therapeutics directly to tumors beyond the liver.
One of the key topics to be covered is the ongoing Phase 2a colorectal cancer trial, TTX-MC138. This RNA therapeutic candidate targets microRNA-10b, a key regulator of cancer invasion and metastasis. In the completed Phase 1a trial, TTX-MC138 demonstrated safety and tolerability with no dose-limiting toxicities. Additionally, 64% of evaluable patients achieved stable disease. The company is currently evaluating TTX-MC138 in a Phase 2a trial for ctDNA-positive colorectal cancer patients with minimal residual disease. Preliminary clinical data from this trial is anticipated to be released in late 2026.
The webinar will also explore the broader potential of TransCode's delivery technology and oncology pipeline. The company's nanoparticle platform has shown tumor-targeted delivery in a human clinical trial and is designed to support multiple payloads, including RNA therapeutics, peptides, proteins, radionuclides, and antibodies. Additional programs include seviprotimut-L, a Phase 3 melanoma vaccine candidate with FDA Fast Track and Orphan Drug designations, as well as preclinical immuno-oncology and RNA therapeutic programs.
Management will discuss the company's upcoming clinical milestones, strategic partnership opportunities, and the potential to create value across both its internal pipeline and proprietary delivery platform. With multiple programs advancing and additional Phase 2a and Phase 1a readouts expected through 2027, TransCode is entering a period with several potential clinical and strategic catalysts.
Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance or during the live event. To register for the free webinar, interested parties can visit https://www.redchip.com/webinar/RNAZ/81817787778.
