Topicus.com Names New CEO as Robin van Poelje Retires

TORONTO, Sept. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Topicus.com Inc. announced that Robin van Poelje, the company’s CEO, will retire on October 1, 2026, after leading the firm for over 16 years. The board of directors has appointed Ramon Zanders, currently the Group CEO of the Total Specific Solutions Blue operating group within Topicus, as the new CEO.
Zanders will continue to serve as the Group CEO of TSS Blue alongside his new responsibilities. The transition is expected to be seamless, with Zanders maintaining his leadership role within the operating group. Following his retirement, van Poelje will remain as a director and chairman of the board.
Mark Milller, President of Constellation Software and a director of Topicus.com Cooperatief U.A., expressed gratitude for van Poelje’s leadership. "We are immensely grateful for the leadership he’s provided to this company. We wish him well."
The board plans to implement an enhanced decentralization strategy for the TSS operating groups. Each group will operate as an autonomous, stand-alone entity, respecting the rights of the parties to Topicus’ Investor Rights and Governance Agreement. Additionally, the Total Specific Solutions Public operating group, led by Han Knooren, is expected to change its name in the near future, as it transitions into an autonomous, stand-alone operating group.
Daan Dijkhuizen, the Group CEO of the Topicus operating group, has agreed to join and support Constellation’s drive to further accelerate AI-first initiatives across the Constellation group of companies.
