Tokyo Machine Performs at Riyadh's First Humanoid Robot Kickboxing Event

On September 9, 2026, electronic music producer and DJ Tokyo Machine will perform at Riyadh's CyberHero x Riyadh, marking the Middle East's first humanoid robot kickboxing event. The event, organized by Hero Esports, aims to blend live kickboxing, music, and immersive entertainment in a unique, technology-driven spectacle.

Scheduled for 9:00 PM on the 9th, the event will feature ten EngineAI T800 humanoid robots, each standing approximately 1.73 meters tall and weighing between 75 to 85 kilograms. These robots will engage in live kickboxing bouts, showcasing their speed, balance, reaction, and combat capabilities. Tokyo Machine will perform as part of the show, adding an electronic dance music (EDM) dimension to the event.

Tokyo Machine, known for his distinctive blend of retro 8-bit chiptune melodies and high-energy bass music, has built a reputation closely tied to gaming culture. His music has appeared in popular gaming titles such as Rocket League and Beat Saber, and he has performed at major international festivals and events, including EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).
